About 10 km from Clermont, or 12 km from La Malbaie. From Clermont, the lookout is accessed via Trail/Sentier 3 Est, then Trail/Sentier 40 Sud towards Mont Grand-Fonds Ski Area. From La Malbaie, follow Trail/Sentier 383 Est, then Trail/Sentier 40 Ouest. An ungroomed 0.5 km trail leads to the promontory. The landscape is simply extraordinary. Located in the mountains on a peak high above Mont Grand-Fonds Ski Area, visitors can admire the ski trails in the distance and an exceptional view of the majestic St. Lawrence River. Return by same route.
