Vignoble Carone is a 22-acre premium estate winery located less than 45 minutes from downtown Montreal in the heart of the Lanaudière region. The Lanaudière region ranks among Quebec’s very best grape growing regions and viticulturally offers many advantages, in particular, the type of sandy loam soil on which selective grape varieties acquire the most appealing aromas, flavours and textures. Warmer summer climates that extend the grape growing season (longer frost free season) and cool nights yield some of the most intensely flavoured high-quality grapes. Today the winery can turn out 1000 cases/year with the final production goal of no more than 5000 cases/year. Open : Fron June first to October 15, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
