A unique artisanal chocolate-makers. Come learn about the secrets of chocolate-making and see artisans at work through a window on the production area. The shop sells chocolate in all its different forms. And try our home-made ice creams and sorbets, in a cone, as a frosty dessert or in containers to take out. We also have an interpretation centre with explanatory panels and a reading corner for chocolate-lovers. Plus, patisserie, bakery and sale of fine products. Cost: Guided tour (with tasting and demonstration) for groups of 12 or more, upon reservation, $5/person. Unguided tour (without tasting), free at any time. Schedule: Year-round, Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm; Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
