Cycloparc PPJ
The bicycle trail PPJ winds between the Ottawa River and the Laurentian plateau. It allows you to discover all the facet of the Pontiac region. From Wyman, you can see a far distance to the Ottawa River. You cross an important agricultural area in the vicinity of Shawville, followed by beautiful wooden valleys and an extensive, traditional breeding area. These often undulating landscapes offer panoramic views of rural scenery. At Campbell’s Bay, the landscape changes and the last 30 kilometres are distinguished by a damp environment with many forests, situated near the Ottawa River. You will have beautiful views of the Ottawa River, and between Fort Coulonge and Waltham, you will ride along a broadening of the River called the Coulonge Lake where numerous beaches await you.
