The 18th-century vaults of the Îlot des Palais, one of the Capital's most important archaeological sites, are home to exhibitions, a multimedia show and an audio circuit in French, English, Spanish and German, recounting the history of the inhabitants of New France, from its inception to the present day. Open: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from June 24 to Labour Day. The rest of the year upon reservation. Admission: adults: $3, students and senior citizens: $2 children (12 and under): free.
